Baby Starting “Breaking”

$1500 monthly ($50 day rate) + owner pays board directly to ranch.

Stalls starting at $725 monthly.

Horses may be evaluated for approval of pasture boarding at $490 monthly. *Note- If the horse is not able to be caught easily they will not be approved.

*60 day minimum training contract, paid in full upon arrival non-refundable under any circumstances .

Training Packages

2 days a week: 8 sessions @ $560 Monthly

3 days a week: 12 sessions @ $840 Monthly

Full Time Training 18 Sessions per month $1,800 Monthly

Consignment Horses

Starting at $400 a Horse (owner pays board) + 18% of sale. All horses will be quoted accordingly to sale, training, and expectations.

Lessons

Lesson Prices- By session NOT hour.

1 Day a week: $120 Per Individual Session

2 Days a week: $170(8 sessions @ $680 Monthly)

3 Days a week: $240 (12 sessions @$960 Monthly)

Full-Time (16 sessions @ $1200 Monthly)

+ a $15 fee for EACH horse being provided for EACH lesson included above.

• RIDER EVALUATIONS ARE MANDATORY (FIRST LESSON $150)

• ALL LESSONS AND PACKAGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. You are responsible to use them within one year calendar date from purchase AS THEY HAVE AN ANNUAL EXPIRATION and there will be no exceptions. All clients will sign an agreement understanding this.

Lunging, Blanketing, Medicating

$30 a day (on-site only); Owner pays for supplies.
